Our capabilities have grown in response to the demands placed upon us by our customer's needs, and the requirements of the metal industry as a whole.

Troy Boiler Works Incorporated's fabricating facility operates on a six acre site in Troy, NY (about 6 miles from the capital, Albany), close to several major interchanges.

Our 25,000 square foot production area has an overhead crane capacity of 40 Tons (although we have manufactured complete vessels in our shop in excess of 75 Tons in single piece construction).

Our equipment includes a state of the art Koike/Aronson CAD/CAM plasma /oxy-fuel burning table with a rotating beveling head and the capability of cutting 2" stainless steel and 10" carbon steel. We have the equipment and certifications to perform a variety of welding operations, including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), STICK (SMAW) and SUBMERGED ARC (SAW), in a range of alloys.
