Our company is also certified for the field and shop repair and alterations of pressure retaining items in accordance with ASME Code, The National Board Inspection Code and Jurisdictional requirements.

Troy Boiler Works, Inc. employs ASME Code certified welders and has performed work using many different processes, to a large variety of materials.

Having demonstrated competence to perform work within the scope of the ASME Code and the NBIC, Troy Boiler Works, Inc. is authorized to use the following symbols:

• "U"- for the field and shop fabrication of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers.
• "S"- for the field and shop fabrication of Power Boilers.
• "A"- for the field and shop assembly of Power Boilers.
• "PP"- for the field and shop assembly and fabrication of Power Piping.
• "R"- for field and shop Repair and Alteration to Pressure Retaining Items.

In addition to performing work to the ASME Code and NBIC, we also fabricate to standards such as API, TEMA and AWWA.
